Youngest Age To Be Employed At A Golf Course?

I need to know what the youngest age is that someone can be employed at a golf course picking up golf balls in Colorado. PLLLLZZZZZ i need answers!

    Subject to the limitations of sections 8-12-105 and 8-12-110, any minor at age nine or older shall be permitted employment in any of the following nonhazardous occupations:
